Offer Simplify1 to your employees
One agreement covers your team. Your people sign in with their work email and use everything in Simplify1 without paying in the app.
How it works
- We set up an agreement for your company's email domain: everyone at the domain, or only the people on a list you give us.
- Your employees sign in with their company email. They are placed in your organization automatically and are not charged.
- Your admins sign in on the website to see how the organization is doing and to add your own quotes, items and challenges.
What you see, and what you do not
- Your dashboard shows totals for the company: members, how many are active, and the average grade. It does not show one person's day.
- Inside the app, colleagues can see each other's public standing on your organization's board, the same as any group.
- Private (Ghost) items are locked on each person's phone. Nobody else can see them: not you, not us.
